UK & International Shipping
For all UK orders, we offer free delivery with Royal Mail or DPD, with Next Day service from when the parcel has been shipped. Delivery to all international customers is free for orders of £500 or over. A delivery fee of £9.95 applies for UK orders or of £34.95 for international orders, when the order value is under £500. All parcels require a signature at the time of delivery and are fully insured until they are signed for.
If for any reason your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to the local sorting office. You will need to provide a form of identification to pick up your order at this stage.
Your Order
Most of our products are made-to-order by our expert craftspeople, this enables us to pass on the savings directly to you, we make the your chosen jewellery to order. This usually takes between 2-3 working weeks and 3-4 working weeks for bespoke items. Quick delivery jewellery is ready to be shipped and will be with you in 2-5 working days. Once your product has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number, to allow you to track your order.
All our products are individually labelled with specific delivery time given on product pages.
Updates regarding your order should be available approximately two weeks after it has been placed. Once your product has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email, which will allow you to check the status of your delivery. If you have any issues regarding tracking your order, please email us at hello@lauricklondon.com so we can look into this for you.
Tracking Your Order
If a delay in your delivery should occur, we will keep you updated on your order's status and provide a new delivery date. We will not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer on account of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

Returns
At Laurick, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and wish to return it for an exchange or refund, simply follow the steps below:
Contact Us
Email us at hello@lauricklondon.com with your name, order number, courier used to return the item, tracking number, and the reasons for returning.
Packaging
Use the original or similarly sized packaging and label the parcel to our returns address.
Documentation
Include all accompanying certification and paperwork received with your order. Failing to provide these may delay your refund or lead to deductions.
Courier
Ensure the item is insured for the full order value and sent through a reputable and guaranteed postal service.
Security
For security purposes, under no circumstances write 'diamonds,' 'Laurick,' or any similar identifiers on the external packaging or address label. Laurick is not responsible for damage or loss during shipment.
Free In-Store Returns
You can also return your order at our Laurick London locations free of charge. To do this, book a drop-off appointment by emailing hello@lauricklondon.com or calling us at 07778222329. Please note: Items returned in-store will be sent to our Quality Assessment Team for review.

Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item(s), our Quality Assessment Team will inspect them. Items found to be worn, damaged, resized, altered, or tampered with in any way will not qualify for a refund.
If your item passes inspection:
Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used and typically appear in your account within 8–10 days.
We recommend inspecting your item immediately upon receipt and notifying us of any defects or damage within 24 hours at hello@lauricklondon.com.
Damaged & Used Items
If your package or item arrives damaged, refuse delivery or contact us immediately at hello@lauricklondon.com within 24 hours. Items must be returned unworn and in pristine condition, with original tags and paperwork intact.
Jewellery Repairs
We offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee for manufacturing faults. Repairs typically take 10–14 working days. For items needing to be remade, allow 2–4 weeks. Contact us at hello@lauricklondon.com or call 07778222329 for more information.
Ring Resizing
We offer resizing options depending on ring type:
Engagement & Diamond Rings: Complimentary resizing up to two sizes within 30 days. For larger adjustments, a minimum charge of £69 applies.
Eternity Rings: Full eternity rings cannot be resized. Alternative solutions are available with costs starting from £69.
Wedding Rings: Complimentary resizing up to two sizes for plain bands within 30 days. Charges apply for larger adjustments.
Bespoke Rings: Resizing is available for a fee of £69. Bespoke orders cannot be refunded but may be exchanged with applicable charges.
Replating
To maintain the whiteness of white gold jewellery, we offer rhodium plating along with cleaning and polishing for a fee of £69. Contact us for more details.
